Reception/Part Time Assistant Property Manager needed!


We require an immediate start for a Receptionist/ part time Assistant Property Manager role to act primarily in a receptionist role while supporting the Property Management and sales teams. Our expectation is for this role to develop into a Property Managers position.  Minimum 12 months experience in the real estate industry would be ideal but enthusiastic and motivated applicants with previous exposure/experience in a similar role in other industries will be considered. Salary package will be based upon experience and we expect this position to be a gateway to go further into the Property Management area.



-          Professional presentation as you will be the welcoming face for the company

-          A friendly and patient manner at all times when dealing with customers

-          Previous experience in a similar role is preferred 

-          Great communication skills

-          Drivers licence and access to own vehicle

-          Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word proficiently

-          A current Agents Representative Certificate

-          Ability to prioritise and multi-task

-          Experience in the use of RP Office preferred

Duties included

-          Sales advertisement preparation for newspaper, online and window display

-          Communication with customers in person, via email and over the phone

-          Handling rental and sales enquiries

-          Online portal administration

-          Stationary and register management

-          Updating and printing sales material

-          Updating stock lists and relevant sales materials

-          Assisting the rental and sales departments as required
